I've read much about Newgrange, but nothing that has evoked it so powerfully. I felt I was in there with you. When I do finally visit one day, this poem will have made the place feel already known to me, and forever unknowable.
Thank you so much for your beautiful words, Tess. I had also hoped to climb Skellig Michael on that trip, but worried it would be too difficult/dangerous. I still hope to make it there.
